Improv 1: Let’s Play!

Six Week Course | Adults Only (18+)
In Leela’s signature level 1 improv class, you will experience the transformative nature of group play.  Lessons are firmly rooted in technique and theory from Viola Spolin’s theater games, mindfulness, dance/movement, sound/music, and child’s play.  You will learn a vast array of techniques to tap into pure spontaneity, creativity, and collaboration.  Learn to trust and act on impulse, increase comfort with the unknown, become more flexible, develop problem solving skills, and freely communicate and collaborate with others.

*Shy people welcome.  Repeat this class as often as you like for your weekly dose of play.
